The provision of site based resources can be extremely valuable to clients with regular moves related activity or ad-hoc requirements. This can include:
- movement of files
- receipt and distribution of goods in
- small ad-hoc furniture moves
- minor repairs and maintenance
Porter Services can also reduce the cost of completing small moves projects normally conducted outside of normal working hours.
An example of this service can be seen at one of our major clients where we employ 6 permanent on site porters. Porter Responsibility includes:
- deeds and archive management
- furniture repairs
- small moves that can be undertaken during the day
- ad-hoc activities as required by the business
