Reloc8 was established in 1994 to provide a relocation service for our clients who had engaged us to provide workspace consultancy or design and fit out services. Adding Reloc8 to our services meant that we could guarantee a consistent standard of service from concept and consultation right through to the management and implementation of change. The success of Reloc8 has meant that it is now a commercial relocation business of some substance and regularly provides services to clients who only require moves related services.
It is a wonderful success story and only achieved through the quality of our staff and therefore dedication to delivering a service far and beyond what our competitors provide.
We employ a dedicated Client Services Team to interface between our clients and Reloc8 service operations. A Client Services Manager is allocated to each client and they retain complete responsibility for all aspects of service delivery. This provides clients with a single point of contact and a clear line of communications. CSM's have access to the whole organisation to ensure we can deliver exactly the right service for each client. Our Client Services team reinforces our culture and commitment to providing the best service possible.
