We’ve had a ‘can-do’ philosophy since our launch over 12 years ago and recognise that long term relationships are built on responsiveness, flexibility, trust and consistent quality service. Many of our clients have now been using Reloc8 for over 10 years which demonstrates our ability to deliver time after time.
We employ a dedicated Client Services Team to interface between our clients and Reloc8 service operations. A Client Services Manager is allocated to each client and retains complete responsibility for all aspects of service delivery. This provides clients with a single point of contact with clear lines of communication.
CSM’s have access to the whole organization ensuring we deliver the right service for each client.
We provide a national service through our offices in Bristol and Leeds.

Our Minor Works Team provide a high quality and flexible service to clients who need partitioning, decoration, flooring, kitchens and ceiling works to be undertaken as part of a project or as an isolated activity.
Meeting, Conference & Reception
We offer a specialist service for clients looking for high specification, high performance meeting and conference facilities. Working with Stage Electrics an exciting partnership, bringing together the design skills of Reloc8 and the technical skills of Stage Electrics, we design and install the total solution which can include video conference, tele conference, presentation systems (visual and audio), lighting and furniture to the most demanding specifications. Business Relocation
Reloc8 provides corporate clients with a complete relocation service- from single person moves, internal churn to larger inter-building relocations. Projects are undertaken throughout the UK for clients who often have multi-site portfolios. We relish a challenge and strive constantly to surpass the expectations of our clients.
Moves and Changes
Managing internal moves and changes requires care. We are extremely proud of our staff, who consistently meet the conduct and quality standards demanded by our clients.
As a result of our work with the MOD many of our staff are positively vetted with security clearance to work on government/sensitive sites.

Technology Relocation
Technology is now an integral part of any move. To assist what are normally busy IT departments we have our own team of specialists who manage and move desktop services. The scope of our responsibilities varies client to client and project to project.
Our technology team can take full responsibility for the auditing of technology equipment, including,disconnection, packing, movement, reconnection (including patching) and testing.
Our experience is extensive, from moving business critical servers to managing the movement of over 600 pieces of equipment as part of a major project.
Furniture Install & Porters
The provision of site based resources can be extremely valuable to clients with regular moves related activity or ad-hoc requirements. This can include movement of files, receipt and distribution of goods in, small ad-hoc furniture moves, minor repairs and maintenance. This can also reduce the cost of completing moves projects outside of normal working hours.
We have a specialist team of furniture fitters who are experienced in a number of furniture ranges including Senator, Steelcase, Herman Miller, Kinnarps, Project and Arenson.
Whether you need a porter for one day or as a permanent site resource you will receive the same Reloc8 standard of service.
Crate & Equipment
Reloc8 provides clients with the ability to hire transfer crates and equipment – whether this is required for a move or for any other activity you are undertaking. Our crates are distinctive and durable and can be delivered to your door or delivered to specific locations within your building.

Storage & Asset Management
Reloc8 occupy nearly 35,000 square feet of high quality warehouse and office accommodation on the Aztec West Business Park. This is a premier location with excellent access to the M4/M5 motorway network.
All windows and main access doors are protected by metal security shutters, anti-ram posts and the premises are fully alarmed including a secure yard at the rear of the property. Access to the warehouse is provided through 2 loading bays with dock levelers and 3 ramped bays.
We provide storage in a number of mediums; wooden (enclosed) containers, pallet & racking, free standing. Full inventory management is provided for a number of our clients to facilitate prompt and efficient asset management.
We can also offer secure caged space if specifically required by a client.
Eco Share
Our clients are increasingly faced with the dilemma in disposing of surplus furniture and equipment. Landfill is now a significant issue for our environment and it is costly.
Our Eco Share service provides clients with an environmentally friendly, socially responsible and cost effective solution to furniture & equipment disposal.
Furniture and equipment destined for landfill is re-distributed to support projects (for example schools) in the third world. For one of our major clients we have set ourselves a goal of 0% of furniture going to landfill and we are well on our way to achieving this.
